Learners from Oyugi Ogango Girls’ High School in Rongo, Migori County, are grieving after the death of their principal.

There is a video clip showing the students walking and grieving incoherently around the school soon after getting the sad news.

Martha Ouma passed on on Tuesday, November 17, in a hospital in Kisumu, where she had been seeking treatment. The shocking news brought suspense, uncertainty, and sadness to the learning institution.

Form Four candidates are practically screaming frantically around the school premises, some practically rolling on the floor in agony.
The Ministry of Health set down guidelines for coronavirus contamination thereby only enabling form four candidates to resume studies.
School authorities in Migori county disagreed on the official cause of death of the principal. County Education Officer Elizabeth Otieno debunked COVID-19 rumors that the teacher had a diagnosis of sickness and had sought therapy.
KUPPET Secretary-General Orwa Jasolo has said that the school’s principal had resorted to coronavirus.
He noted some of her colleagues had expressed concerns about the situation and asked the government them seriously.
