As a result of the Corona Virus cases rush, Uhuru is in a dilemma to lock down the country again

The Standard reports that the Ministry of Education decided to reopen a few more classes. This means that as soon as next week, more students will be going back to school.

George Magoha the Cabinet Secretary of Education who has signaled about reopening of school says president Uhuru will chair a National Consultative meeting. This meeting commences the agreement building for reopening more classes.

Amref’s Githinji Gitahi is also in support of reopening schools. He states that students are more out of risk when in school than when out of school.

This statement came in hand three weeks after Form Form, Grade Four and Class Eight learners reopened. This is after a seven-month school break after Covid-19 struck the country forcing schools to close in March this year.
